INA loyalty program is a strategic intervention for the Croatian market, and the main aim is to reward loyal and occasional users, increasing INA’s versatile non-fuel purchase segment.
The goal was to localize the campaign in various printed and digital forms of communication. We were to amplify numerous benefits supported by the program and stimulate customers to join in through the trendy app, creating the perception of INA gas stations as a friendly and cozy place where you feel welcomed and awarded.
We delivered localized communication that merged existing Imaginarium with creations specially adapted for the sizeable Croatian market, highlighting famous handball player Zlatko Horvat as brand ambassador for the program.
In harmonizing the idea of all the potential benefits delivered through the INA Loyalty program in the form of a message “Let us surprise you” and a trustable design, Zlatko Horvat is also using and promoting the app in his immediate environment.
